About me
Hi, I’m Kerry.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. I work with teens and adults (13+) navigating the effects of trauma (PTSD & CPTSD), anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, and addiction. My approach is grounded in somatic (body-centered) and movement therapies, creating a compassionate, collaborative space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and move toward meaningful change.
For me, therapy has been most supportive when I feel safe enough to unmask fully.
I started therapy as an adolescent, and over the years it became one of the few places where I felt safe enough to show up fully as myself.
I hope to be this safe landing place for you.
A place where you get to be yourself while shifting the status quo of how you react and respond to the world around you. You are not broken, undeserving, or “the only one who feels this way”. Together, let’s unpack why these patterns developed in the first place, make space for our emotions, thank our many protective patterns/parts, and shift our thoughts and behavior through collaborative embodied relationship.
Throughout my clinical work, I have supported individuals through every stage of the therapeutic process—from personalized treatment planning to crisis intervention, safety planning, and ongoing care coordination. I have worked as part of multidisciplinary treatment teams alongside psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other mental health professionals to provide thoughtful, integrated care while continuing to deepen my practice through clinical supervision and ongoing professional training. I am truly so passionate about mental health therapy and the inner workings of the mind, body, and spirit. I continually thank my clients for trusting me to support them through some of the most tender moments.
I believe that healing happens within relationships built on trust, curiosity, and respect. My goal is to meet you where you are, honor the wisdom of your lived experience, and help you develop the insight and tools needed to create lasting change.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
I blend both evidence-based talk therapies with somatic and movement interventions. This doesn’t always look like big/expressive movement. Often it looks like checking-in with how the body responds to what we process together. I am trained to notice shifts in your nervous system and we use this to support understanding and integration.
-
I always start by checking in with you to see what feels most urgent and how you’d like to use the time. However, I will often bring a plan or direction to session based off what we may have covered in the previous session.
-
This depends on your need. Once care is established and we set a few goals together, we move at the pace of your nervous system. Meaning that we can meet as long as it feels supportive.
-
Collaborative, honest, creative and warm. I am here to support your processing, bring your blindspots into view and provide a sense of safety for your system.
-
No stress - I will help you find a practioner that may fit your needs better. Therapy works best in a relationship built on trust and transparency. My ego stays out of it - let’s find you the right fit.
