What I Support
-

Anxiety
Tight Chest, Jaw Clenching, Muscle Tension
Anxiety isn't a sign of weakness—it's often a sign that your mind and body have been working hard to keep you safe. Sometimes those protective patterns become so automatic that they leave us feeling stuck in cycles of fear, self-criticism, or constant vigilance. We'll work together to understand where those patterns came from, listen to what your anxiety may be trying to communicate, and help your nervous system discover that safety is possible again. -

Depression
Heavy Shoulders, Low Energy, Numbness
Depression can make the world feel smaller. The things that once felt meaningful may seem distant, and even everyday tasks can require tremendous effort. Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" I believe it's more helpful to ask, "What has your mind and body been carrying?" I hope to help you gently explore your experiences, honor the ways you've coped, and begin creating space for connection, hope, and healing. -

Complex Trauma
Disconnection from the Body
Living with the effects of complex trauma can feel like you're always carrying an invisible weight. You may question your worth, struggle to trust others, or feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. These responses aren't signs that something is wrong with you—they're often adaptations that helped you survive. In our sessions, we attempt to understand those patterns, honor the strengths that got you here, and begin creating new experiences of safety, connection, and hope. -

Burnout
We live in a world where we are constantly expected to do more, with less. You may be the person everyone relies on—the one who gets things done, pushes through, and rarely asks for help. But over time, constantly meeting everyone else's needs can leave you feeling depleted and disconnected from your own. I hope to help you step out of survival mode, reconnect with yourself, and create healthier boundaries that place you at the center.
-

Neurodivergence
Neurodivergence is not something to be fixed. Whether you have ADHD, autism, or simply experience the world differently, I believe your brain has developed in ways that deserve understanding rather than judgment. In sessions, we'll explore strategies that support your unique strengths, navigate challenges with compassion, and create a life that feels authentic to who you are.
-

Perfectionism
Perfectionism often begins as an attempt to stay safe, earn love, or avoid criticism. Over time, it can become an exhausting cycle of self-doubt, overthinking, and feeling like nothing you do is ever enough. We'll explore the experiences that shaped these patterns, helping you quiet your inner critic, reconnect with your authentic self, and discover that your worth has never depended on getting everything right.
-

Addiction
Recovery is about more than stopping a behavior—it's about understanding what made that behavior necessary in the first place. Whether you're struggling with alcohol, drugs, or other compulsive behaviors (technology, social media, etc.), therapy offers a space to explore your experiences with curiosity, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and build a life that no longer depends on survival strategies that have outlived their purpose.
-

Relationship Issues
The way we learned to survive, isn’t how we always want to live. If you often lose yourself in relationships, feel responsible for other people's emotions, struggle to ask for what you need, or find intimacy both deeply desired and frightening, therapy can help you build greater self-awareness, healthier boundaries, and more meaningful connections.
-

Life Transitions
Life transitions can challenge our sense of identity, stability, and purpose. Whether you're starting a new chapter, grieving what you've left behind, or feeling uncertain about what's next, change can bring both excitement and overwhelm. Together, we'll create space to process your experiences, reconnect with your values, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
