Sessions & Pricing

15 Minute Consultation

I offer a 15 minute introductory consultation to see if we are a good fit and to answer any questions regarding my services. Session is $0 and virtual only.

Virtual

This is a great option for those needing more convenient access to support. This may be a good option for you if leaving the house is a current barrier to receiving care.

In-person

These sessions are held in a space that allows for movement and in-person connection for verbal processing.

What to expect:

Free Consultation: Let’s See If We’re a Good Fit

Our first conversation is a chance for us to get a feel for each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been struggling with, and what kind of support you’re looking for. You don’t need to have everything figured out—we can explore that together. You’ll also have a chance to ask me questions about my approach and decide whether I feel like the right therapist for you.

Scheduling Your First Session

If we decide to work together, I will send you onboarding paperwork and agreements. Then we will meet for our first session. This is an opportunity for me to learn more about you, your history, what you’re experiencing now, and what you hope will be different through therapy. We’ll talk about some initial goals and what you’d like to get out of our work together. You don’t need to prepare anything or have the “right” answers.

Continued Sessions

From there, we’ll find a rhythm that works for you and feels most supportive. We might meet weekly, every other week, or monthly depending on your needs, goals, availability, and finances. We can adjust your schedule as your needs change—therapy doesn’t have to look the same throughout your entire journey.

In-Between Sessions

Sometimes our work continues outside of the therapy room. Depending on what feels helpful, I may offer a reflection, coping skill, movement or mindfulness practice, resource, or something to explore between sessions. These are invitations, not assignments—you can always bring back what worked, what didn’t, or what came up for you.

Ending Therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to be forever. When you feel ready to step away, we’ll talk openly about what you’ve accomplished, what you’re taking with you, and whether there are things you’d like to continue working on. We’ll collaborate on an ending that feels intentional and supportive. And if you need therapy again in the future, coming back is always an option.

I am currently out-of-network with all insurance providers and am only able to offer private pay options.

Good Faith Estimate for Self-Pay Clients

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care may cost before you receive services.
